We’ll meet three times a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — from 6:15 AM to 6:45 AM to ground ourselves in stillness and intention before the day begins. Each session will focus on deepening your meditation practice, fostering mental clarity, and creating a peaceful start to your day.
