I believe with an open mind and allowing yourself some space in your life you will not regret taking the first steps towards a more Mindful Way Of Life✨ That is why I am offering a 4-week Mindfulness Course - this can be a valuable experience if you are seeking to reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, or simply to invite calm & balance into your life. Practising Mindfulness also allows for improved focus, clarity, emotional regulation, lowering blood pressure, promoting better sleep, and cultivating a sense of well-being. Through awareness and non-judgemental presence, mindfulness empowers individuals to respond to life's challenges with greater resilience and a healthier mind and body connection. Mindfulness allows you to stop, pause and breathe. In today's busyness of life, we can sometimes miss the present moment. In these classes, you will learn a variety of practices using the breath & body as a focus. You will learn how to reduce stress & anxiety and improve your overall well-being. While cultivating a practice of compassion and joy. Allow yourself the time and self-care that your body and mind deserve. This course consists of 4 sessions (one hour a week) Once booked, times and days can be booked into the calendar to suit availability. Once confirmed you will receive a weekly Zoom link.
