Sessions of Breathwork Techniques to Reduce Stress & Manage Your Well-being

Breathwork, the conscious practice of regulating one's breath, is a powerful tool for stress reduction. It operates on the principle that the breath and mind are intimately connected. Through deliberate breath work techniques, we can shift this automatic response. Deep, slow and mindful breathing triggers the body's relaxation response, reducing the production of stress hormones like cortisol, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, often referred to as 'rest & digest' mode. In these 3 sessions, you will receive an Introduction to Breath Awareness and learn Stress Reduction Techniques. Once you have booked the Course (ideally one-hour session a week) we can confirm suitably and get the dates and times in the calendar. Each session you will receive a Zoom link.
