Service Description
Breathwork, the conscious practice of regulating one's breath, is a powerful tool for stress reduction. It operates on the principle that the breath and mind are intimately connected. Through deliberate breathwork techniques, we can shift this automatic response. Deep, slow and mindful breathing triggers the body's relaxation response, reducing the production of stress hormones like cortisol, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, often called 'rest & digest' mode. In these 3 sessions, you will receive an Introduction to Breath Awareness and learn Stress Reduction Techniques. Once you have booked the Course we can split it into 3 sessions & confirm suitably and get the dates and times in the calendar. Each session you will receive a Zoom link.
