A Little More About Me
My Meditation Journey
As an experienced Meditation Coach I am here to help you find your best self through meditation and mindfulness. My path to meditation came from my own desire to heal the stress and anxiety lying deep within me. I was encouraged by my friend when she gave me a book on Mindfulness and so my journey began. I have not looked back since and I knew I had to share this feeling. Today I could not feel happier or more fulfilled with my professional journey.
Since 2018, I have dedicated myself with exploring and learning different meditation techniques and living a mindful life to the best of my ability. Life does throw us curve balls and not everyday is all singing and dancing but through my learnings I have come to be more aware by living in the present moment and can accept me for who I am. I have learnt that we can not control some of the unwanted events in our life but we can control our reactions. I have learnt that the way we respond most of the time is our habitual behaviour of repeated pattern but we do have the ability to change that. We can not change others but we can change ourselves. Through meditation and mindfulness you begin to nurture a habit of a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions and feelings. Taking on a holistic approach you enhance your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. You will learn to equip yourself with the skills to have a more content happier life.
I successfully completed my Meditation Teacher Training with British School of Meditation (BSoM) with Distinction and am on the British School of Meditation register of Accredited Teachers. Also completed, Mindfulness Practitioner Diploma (Level 1,2,3 & Master) Applied Mindfulness for 7-11 year olds with the British Mindfulness Institute and continue to expand my knowledge with further courses, always learning to enable me to teach and guide you on your journey. I am on the Registered list of British School of Meditation Teachers.
