Join Deborah for a transformative 4-week Breathwork & Meditation Course designed to help you connect deeply with your breath, cultivate inner calm, and find grounding in your everyday life. Starting on Saturday, November 9th, each one-hour session will introduce powerful breathwork techniques and guided meditations that promote balance, stress relief, and emotional clarity. Whether you're new to breathwork or have some experience, this course will gently guide you through practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine. The course concludes with a relaxing tea ceremony on the final Saturday. Your ticket grants access to all 4 sessions, offering a complete journey of connection and mindfulness. 'At the start of the first lockdown Deborah brought me back to my mindfulness Practice.

Mindfulness was something that I had been aware of for some years but with Deborah's guidance I was able to think about what I was really feeling and how destructive these thoughts were.

At that time I was feeling really apprehensive and panicky and anxious about everything and always expected a bad outcome but with Deborah's help I was able to gently learn how to unlock my mind and realise that thoughts are not facts and through my mindful practice I am a much happier person.
